WILAM NGARRANG RETROFIT
A 1970s masonry building transformed into Australia's “first energy-plus retrofit”. This involved upgrades for thermal efficiency, including the installation of new double-glazed windows, added insulation, and the application of airtight render to each of the 15 apartments.
